Those volunteers that were approved in 2010 must now perform another Sterling background screen. Please check the updated list on the website to review when you MUST perform your Sterling Screen. The Washington State Patrol check is a part of the Sterling Screening process. Don't wait until the last minute to perform your screen, it can take a few weeks for the results to be returned.  New SafeSport requirements mandate that screens be processed and posted prior to access to our youth.  No one is allowed to participate as a volunteer until the screen is posted on this website.

If you were an approved volunteer for the 2012-2013 season it is recommended that your association perform a follow up Washington State Patrol background screen on all volunteers for the 2013-2014 season. This background check is a free service and helps us to detect any changes in the status of our volunteers. This update is done through the Washington State Patrol WATCH Program.

The following table lists approved screened volunteers within the PNAHA Affiliate. This table will be updated weekly as approved reports are received from Sterling June 1 through October 31 each season. After that, it will be updated as needed.

Table updated with current PNAHA information April 10,  2014 @ 11:30 pm.

If you have submitted your background screen and you see your name listed in the table but there are blanks in some of the columns we need you to contact your local association and provide them with the missing information and they will forward that information to PNAHA.
